Very poor communication about the work needed to be done on my car. The recall wasn’t done because they wanted me to pay an additional $800 to fix something else. They decided on their own to not do the recall but also didn’t tell me until I called at almost 4pm wondering when my car was going to be done. The prices have spiked outrageously since I was there last and the customer service hasn’t improved. This place is a rip off. More
