Had appointment for regular service and a check engine light. The advisor Tory said it would be done the same day the check engine light was the charcoal canister and had the parts. The car is there 4 day light. The advisor Tory said it would be done the same day the check engine light was the charcoal canister and had the parts. The car is there 4 days without any explanation as to why. I was not rude when I called but was hung up on when I asked for the service manager. I made a complaint with VW of America and was told it would be another 2 days before they even got back to me. We bought 5 cars from them in the last 5 years. Never again.Stay away from them. More

Manager was rude and gave me a hard time about patching my tire which had a nail in it. Made it seem like I was inconveniencing them to try and fix it. Brought it to Goodyear the next day and they repaired my tire which had a nail in it. Made it seem like I was inconveniencing them to try and fix it.
