Was told on service ticket that tires were rotated at 20,000 mile service. Tires have never been rotated and now need two new tires due to them not wearing evenly. I've been coming here for over a decade and things look and feel different. The last few times I've come through, I've been left pretty disappointed. From having to find my car in the parking lot in pourin and feel different. The last few times I've come through, I've been left pretty disappointed. From having to find my car in the parking lot in pouring rain with an infant, to losing my engine cover and almost dropping my car off the lift, to the waiting room smelling like someone poured a barrel of gasoline on the carpet, I probably should have stopped coming back. None of that happened this time. My car was parked right outside of the service door, and I didn't have to analyze my car to see if something was wrong or missing. In fact, I'm pretty sure they flashed my ECU with different shift points and now my car runs more smoothly. Because no one could tell me if that was done, I'm taking off a half star and because somehow my email address was completely wrong after receiving years worth of emails from them, another half star; I'm pretty sure that was to avoid my negative reviews from the bad experiences above.
