I made my oil change appointment and told then I needed a loaner or to be out by 11am. Went in at 9:30 like I was told. When I got there they said no to the loaner and told me it’s a 6 hour wait. I really liked the service department when I first brought my car there. However there has been a change and not for the better. My appoint was for 8AM. I was waiting for my car and the waiting area brought my car there. However there has been a change and not for the better. My appoint was for 8AM. I was waiting for my car and the waiting area is upstairs. the stairwell was pitch black and I had to ask the clerk to put on the lights. Before the change in service there were always a few people waiting while their car's were worked on. When I came home and looked up reviews of the service department they were all negative . The sales department were positive. I felt I would be better off going to a local mechanic in the area who has a better shop and experience working on cars More
