One of the items that the service department took care of was to patch one of my tires that had a puncture in it. The tire was in the trunk, and the spare tire was on the car. They repaired the puncture and put the tire back on the car. Today, I went to put something in the storage area where the spare SHOULD be and noticed that the spare tire is not there!!! They neglected to return the spare tire to its storage location! Thankfully, I discovered it was missing before I needed it, but this is totally unacceptable. I would like someone to drop the spare tire off at my house to save me the inconvenience of having to return to the dealer to recover my spare. Also, it's been a few weeks since my service, and it might have been nice to think that someone in the service department would have noticed an extra spare tire laying around and proactively contacted me regarding it!
