Great service for an oil change I came in for an oil change, and the service was great. I got to wait for my car in the waiting room and it only took about an hour. 2018 Passat repair- July 3rd 2019 The team at Smithtown VW is always a pleasure to deal with. Danielle is typically my contact there and she is always willing to go the extra mile for The team at Smithtown VW is always a pleasure to deal with. Danielle is typically my contact there and she is always willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. The tech team diagnosed my car quickly and had to order the parts for the repair. The parts arrived on time and the repair was completed on schedule. If I have one criticism about Smithtown VW it is the lack of loaner cars available. While the service team did all they could and met every deadline for the repair cycle there was a period of 4 days that I could not use my vehicle. It would be helpful and expected that a loaner vehicle be available for the VW client. Best Regards, Joseph More
