I am very sorry to hear that you are so dissatisfied with your service visit. It seems that there were several factors that had an impact on your overall experience. I certainly wish that your review of our service department was a more positive one and I agree that there were points during your service that we could have done better. However, the front wiper blades are examined as part of the state inspection and your vehicle did not pass inspection due to the condition of the wipers. While I understand that the wiper blade damage may have seemed minimal, we are required to follow all inspection regulations and a failure to do so on our part would be against the law.
