Atmosphere is everything in service departments these days. I have to say, the atmosphere in this service department is wonderful! Over the years I have purchased a variety of new cars, both foreign and domestic. It was not until I purchased my new Forte from Smithtown Kia and had it serviced there that I truly felt all those fancy sayings like the "customer is always right" or "the customer is our #1 priority" were true. It all started with the appointment phone call when I spoke with Michele. She was not only courteous and professional on the phone, but in person as well. Michele carefully listened to my concerns and made my service experience a truely stress free one. I was never treated any differently than someone with a top of the line purchase. One service advisor, in particular, Steve Goldstein, has really gone out of his way to make my experience a positive one.
