So I visited Smithtown Kia today for a routine oil change and inspection. I inquired about the great deal they were offering for a buy back on my lease. I walked out with a new car. Great Experience My daughter and I originally went to Smithtown Kia to get my vehicle serviced. However, during that time, we decided to look at cars for her. She found exactly what she wanted and Kyle Karlsen went out of his way to help her get it. He was so nice and personable. Kyle answered all of our questions and if he wasn't sure, he found the answers for us. The vehicle only had one key fob, but Kyle n Scott went above and beyond to have another one made for our daughter. We were definitely in good hands. It was a Great Experience because of Kyle and Scott! More
Our experience with Smithtown Kia Service From the time we walked in to the service counter, Eric Papetended to us immediately. Both cars were being serviced. My Sorrento needed brakes and he From the time we walked in to the service counter, Eric Papetended to us immediately. Both cars were being serviced. My Sorrento needed brakes and he kept us informed while we waited. We did not need transportation and we waited while service was completed. I do not feel we waited to long even though we needed brakes. Paperwork was completed when the car was delivered to us. Eric escorted us to the car at completion of the service. Arrived at 8:04 in the morning and we were out by 10:30AM. Thank you Eric Pape More

Great Service .Brought my 2014 Kia Forte in to have checked out because of a stalling issue. Eric the service manager was prompt and courteous. I had to leave the .Brought my 2014 Kia Forte in to have checked out because of a stalling issue. Eric the service manager was prompt and courteous. I had to leave the car, since I came in without an appointment, and was provided a free shuttle back to my house. They held the car maybe 5 hours and at that time provided it with a computer update and road test. The issue seems resolved and all for no charge. I was very pleased with their professionalism and hold them in the highest esteem. Smithtown Kia once again shines through. More

Great Experience Artie is the valet who initially greets customers at the service center, checks the car and begins the process. He is a kind and cheerful person, reme Artie is the valet who initially greets customers at the service center, checks the car and begins the process. He is a kind and cheerful person, remembers customers from previous visits and makes you feel welcome. Eric is generally the service advisor that handles my car....he has a great attitude, watches for service announcements and reminds me of calendar/mileage deadlines for warranty issues. He truly "has my back" in terms of making sure I am receiving eligible discount campaigns, etc. Tom and Bill are also service advisors at Smithtown Kia and they are most helpful when I do reach out to them with questions, etc. The whole group makes up a wonderful service "team." More
