Very bad experience with this dealer. Bought a car over the phone at 9am today, Bill the salesman was very professional and took extra pictures and answered my questions. He asked if I wanted it and I said yes, so they charged my credit card $1000. I asked how they wanted the balance paid, they said wire it, so fine. Today was President's day so the banks were closed. I called and told Valerie Nazimek the finance person that it would be wired first thing Tuesday when the banks opened, 9am. They called at 5 and said they took a cash deal (which i doubt) and so I lost the car. This was after sending me a congratulatory text on buying the thing this morning. Why take my $1000 and not follow through with the deal? Most unprofessional transaction I've ever been through. Thank you for wasting my time. I'm sure because I'm from Iowa you didn't give this a second thought because you'll never have to look me in the eye. Well if that's the case you shouldn't post on cars.com if you don't want to work with non-local people. If I could give this dealership negative stars I would do so. I feel bad for salesman Bill, he had to leave me a voicemail explaining this whole fiasco. Bill if you read this go get a job with a dealer who has some integrity! More
