Simple light change I service my car at Smith Motor frequently and almost every time I leave the shop, I say to myself "why did I pay so much". My last service, I went i I service my car at Smith Motor frequently and almost every time I leave the shop, I say to myself "why did I pay so much". My last service, I went in for a simple front left headlight bulb change. I asked not to wash my car since I knew I was pressed for time. It took less than 10 minutes to get my car back (that was the good part), but I was charge almost $50. I paid $40 for 10 minutes or less of labor. Might seem minor, but this is prime example of the cost of service at Smith motors. That $240/hour! More
Longgggg wait for an oil change! Dropped off car at 9:30. Got a loaner. Came back at 3:30 and still waited 45 min.
