After having gone to two Mercedes dealers in Memphis, where I was pressured to buy immediately, I was hesitant to visit another. At Smith Imports, Paula acknowledged my presence and allowed me to do my rounds/homework on the cars. She was always there to answer my numerous questions. She continued to update me on the status of my car until it arrived at the dealership. My paper work on purchase day was made hassle-free with John, who took his time to explain everything. Also, I had an opportunity to meet with the owner of the business who is very humble, unassuming, and takes the time to thank customers for their business. When I test drove the car, I instantly fell in love with the car and features such as the white leather interior seats, the car is like new. I absolutely love my car.
