My dad just leased his 1st Jeep from Smith Haven Jeep/Dodge group and their staff are extremely helpful, Chris our sales guy was very knowledgeable and guided him with his selection, when the other Jeep/Dodge group and their staff are extremely helpful, Chris our sales guy was very knowledgeable and guided him with his selection, when the other Jeep dealers said impossible to meet his price they did it!!!!. I leased a brand new 1500 ram from this dealership. I worked with Mr. Ortolani and the sales associate Jeff and both were excellent and professional. I entered this dealership and was greeted very pleasantly by "Kim" at the door. I was then introduced to Steve who was such a pleasant gentleman. Steve was very courteous and respectful. He was also honest about being new to the dealership and if I had any questions he did'nt know he took the time to find someone that could answer my question. My brand new Jeep Liberty stopped working. Just wont turn on. I had to have it towed to the nearest dealer which was Smith Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. the Jeep was brought in at 3:30 in the afternoon on W on. I had to have it towed to the nearest dealer which was Smith Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. the Jeep was brought in at 3:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday. We called to confirm it made it there and was assured it was fine. When we called on Thursday morning to see if it was looked at we were told they didnt know who we were. All the information was given again. Since we did not hear back from them we called at 2:30 to see if they looked at the jeep. Apparently not since they did not know who the red Jeep belonged to. We asked for a loaner car and was told they didnt have one. Again we reminded the gentleman that we have the premier insurance plan and was guaranteed a loaner or same. He finally looked our account up and told us yes that the jeep dealer would rent us a car. Just come down and pick it up. I guess we could fly there since we dont have a car. We borrowed our friends car and went to pick the rental. When we got there we were informed (and I love this) that they have people who have appointments and we were considered and emergency so we arent a priority and would be squeezed in at some point. Maybe today, maybe tomorrow, could be next week. Who knows. Oh and the rental they gave us, the door locks do not work, it smells really bad, the seats are stained and of course it needs new breaks. The person at the jeep dealer told me I would be getting a car with 4 wheels. I guess that part is true. Well it is day 3 and they still havent looked at the jeep. Sitting in the same spot. They might be able to look at it today, but no guarantee. Oh yeah, they also do not have technician that evaluate or run diagnostics on cars when they come in. They dont work that way. When the "technician" (apparently calling him a mechanic is insulting) is assigned to the car he works on that car until it is fixed. Which leads me to ask what is that technician doing when they need to order parts? I called the dealer where I bought my Jeep and he couldnt believe this. More

I am a survivor of a stroke with right arm and hand paralysis. I wanted a telephone that was hands free - but 2014 Grand Cherokee Larado (the car I bought 5 days earlier) had a problem - the phone woul paralysis. I wanted a telephone that was hands free - but 2014 Grand Cherokee Larado (the car I bought 5 days earlier) had a problem - the phone wouldn't work and Jeep/Chrysler told me they HOPE to have a fix in 3 to 4 WEEKS. I could not be without a hands free phone that long. Brian Bishop in Service saw no help in the waiting for me, took me to Dave Damsker the manager of sales, explained my dire situation and after listening, Dave said,"What color do you want?" That's all it took. Although I spent $50 more a month I got a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited with leather, remote start, automatic tailgate, and a whole lot more. Also, the phone synced with the radio and surprise! THE HANDS FREE PHONE WORKED!!!! This was the BEST EXPERIENCE in car buying. My thanks to Brian Bishop, Dave Damsker, Dave Fernandez (Sales person extraordinaire) & Vito Ilardi in Finance & Insurance. They were all up front, honest, warm with the highest integrity and sincere! More
The dealer ship was recommended by a friend who purchased a Town and Country. He stated that he got the best price there. I originally went there on a Sunday morning and met Mr. Musantry. We hit it off right a Town and Country. He stated that he got the best price there. I originally went there on a Sunday morning and met Mr. Musantry. We hit it off right away and he showed me the model Durango I was interested in. As with all (I assume based on past experience), he wanted to close the sale at that time, I still wanted to shop around. During the whole time he was nothing but courteous and polite. We finally settled on a tentative price for the vehicle. He and the sales manager assured me that this would be the best price as I was purchasing the vehicle through a discount based on my volunteer work with the Red Cross. After checking with another dealership, which was much more conveniently located, I discovered that they did give me the best price by several hundred dollars. When called and announced that I would return to put a deposit down, I received a bit of a surprise as the vehicle was waiting for me. In the past I was used to waiting several days for this service, even if the model was on the lot. So instead of leaving a deposit, after some quick shifting around of plates and getting a ride from a friend, I drove home in my new vehicle. My thanks to Dave and the crew (No pun intended as the model Durango was the "crew") for being so efficient. In addition, the show room was rather crowded at the times I went to pay the deposit and when I went to pick up the vehicle. In both times, I showed up earlier than I stated. Event though Dave was busy with another customer, I never felt he was ignoring me or. To summorize, the purchasing experience was nothing short of terrific EXCEPT- hitting that gong once I got the vehicle was kind of corny. Kudos to Dave and the staff Bob Pollack More

Craig Lieppe in fiance was amazing with out him,Who gave me the time of day! I would have no car no loan and that's sad i just had a baby girl that's only 3 weeks..He took more to my story then just a car YES i got the loan but not only a loan the foundation to my baby girls life!! With one of the best banks!! at a really really low rate for my first car loan or any kind of loan!! ...Go straight to Craig Lieppe and talk to him as a person before you start any business..It was awesome and i plan to go back and get myself a car just got my wife a 2012 Jeep for a steal!!!
