That is the worst service I have ever encountered. Looks like I will have to go elsewhere. So much for the warranty. I feel that is have been ripped off I will never buy from them again. No follow through on promises and got scammed by finance guy I purchased a Pre owned 2016 Jeep Cherokee on Sept 1st 2019. He said he would give me 5700 for it and put it down on paper in one of those typical dealership scam 4 square things. We agreed on a price but the monthly payment was no good. So phase 2 of the game starts where the manager comes out to wheel and deal. He’s said we will give me $6000 for the trade , lowered price of truck and it all worked out. We also agreed on ONE YEAR of free car washes and All weather Mats .I went back the next day to pick it up and go through the finance nonesense. I got a really good rate , agreed on warranty, all was good signed papers and I was on my way out the door. Literally had keys was opening door when the finance guy Rob says “Hold on we have a problem “ here we go with shady scam. Somehow he “didn’t know” I had a trade. WHAT?! so we have to renogotiate AFTER I signed and was out the door. So in comes Steve the manager who acts shocked. “Oh I don’t know what’s going on how could this happen? “So of course my great 6 year rate increases by over $100. I’m like this is not my problem it’s yours. Even showed them an the paper where he wrote $5700 for trade which was crossed out to $6000 Rob feigned ignorance as well . It wasn’t until I brought Mike,salesman) back in and pointed it out that they admitted to error . After a big show of adjusting numbers and “lowering” price of car did payment go back to where it was supposed to , but now I’m stuck in 7 year loan instead of 6 years. I was already late to work which they knew and kind of pressured to take the car or would have to reverse everything and miss work. So now it’s 3 weeks later , I love the car however despite FOUR phone calls , still not received information for my one year of car washes or received my Mats. I miraculously got Steve on the phone once , and he assured me I would get everything. Called back 3 more times in 3 weeks and he is always unable to come to phone and “will call me back” To make things even more annoying he wrote me a promissory note for both the car and car washes and Car mats but he changed it on note to 6 Months instead of one year like he said So In short salesman mike was good Steve the manager just offers broken promises And more than likely played me with Rob the finance guy to get one more year of payments out of me. If they didn’t play me, the Best case scenario is they are both completely inept or neglectful with paperwork. Most likely wouldn’t go back , but if I did will either record conversation or make sure I’m Not in a rush so they can’t play me again. My last call was two hours ago. Was going to give him one last chance before I posted this. The girl whom answered phone was running over to give him My name and number to call right away Smh More

I met my salesman Bob Giummuli while shopping for an auto with my daughter earlier this year... Closed on that deal and I vowed to return soon. I met Bob recently for the purchase of my own car. He matched me with the deal I was looking for once again. I couldnt be more satisfied. I will continue to recommend and definately will return for the purchase of my next auto. James Cutrone, Express Lane service Consultant was there to greet me with a welcoming handshake. A landscaping crew was there performing their contracted duties. Other customers were lined up for the service also. James Cutrone was taking vehicle information from the customers, providing guidance to other employees and directing customer traffic. The Cutrone service team finished my oil change with fluids check in a very expeditious manner. James Cutrone is an outstanding Express Lane Service Consultant. I highly recommend him to other Jeep owners who need maintenance for their vehicles. Well it is a small little match box car, that looks like it has been to hell and back. Sales advisor stated to me , my car should be done tomorrow. I asked, what the problem was. He said he didn’t know. So how can you tell me my car will be done tomorrow, if you don’t even know what’s wrong with it yet. More
Unprofessional Liars Was returning a leased car from them while also getting a brand new one. A valet company once lost my keys, so they bought me a new one - which was clearly not programmed because it was brand new and handed to me at the dealership when I was handing them in. I asked my salesman if there was going to be a charge for programming it as I would have to bill the valet company. He assured me there would be no issue for the un-programmed key as long as I gave in two keys. 3 Weeks later I'm being charged $250 and being called a liar by a so called sales "manager." Not to mention I was given false information at-least 2 other times the night I was purchasing my new leased car. More

After going to multiple other dealerships smith haven was able to give a fantastic car buying experience. The salesman Chris went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and really left me with a sense that they cared. There was no rush to get me into a car I didn’t want and did everything they could do to assuade any doubts I might’ve had. Overall a great experience and I thoroughly recommend anyone to do business with them next time they’re looking for a car. More
They were very rude They gave me a 8 am appointment when I got there they asked if I was leaving it I said no when I made the appointment you told me about an hour now th They gave me a 8 am appointment when I got there they asked if I was leaving it I said no when I made the appointment you told me about an hour now they tell me they might not even look at it I got a ride because they won’t give me a Courtesy car no I shouldn’t have to pay for a rental when they mess up so I go back at 2 pm they did nothing and there ignoring me walks away while I’m talking I guess because it’s under warranty because it’s a brand new Jeep they suck there I didn’t buy this one there cause I got it cheaper elsewhere but I bought two others there I would never recommend this place More
