I recently purchased a used vehicle from Smith Ford and this is my first experience with them. I have bought several cars in my lifetime and dealt with at least 10 dealerships. The folks at Smith Ford were very kind considerate & accommodating. I purchased a vehicle from them because of that! You can find a great vehicle anywhere but you can’t always find people who appreciate accommodating. I purchased a vehicle from them because of that! They worked with my budget & helped me get the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle was clean and they even filled it up with gas for me. I had been to several other dealerships in this area, & wasn’t very impressed with their mgt.. I’m glad I went to Smith Ford. Matt Kincaid & Cheryl listened to me & was polite & genuine. Ppl remember how they’re treated good or bad! Some of the other dealerships should work on that! More
