Bought a used 2009 GTR with 26K miles, that I was told was mint and passed certification. Once the GTR was shipped, brought it in for servicing and an overall health check. Found multiple issues including massive amount of RUST in the undercarriage, affecting key bolts that could have snapped off and caused an accident. Also found leaking struts, damaged rotors, and a hole in the exhaust system. All of this on a 55K car that only has 26K miles on it. Explained this to them, sent pictures of the issues, and quotes for repairs, and was told that they were unaware of these issues and didn't trust the Nissan dealership who did the evaluation. They refused to do anything to remediate the issue Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Already have filed a complaint with BBB, as well as looking at legal action. I was hoping for my dream car, but instead got a lemon and a nightmare. I have submitted a formal complaint to the GM and management and am waiting to see what their response is. Will update if I hear anything More

I had communicated through text messages but he said he lost my number. Finally transferred to Mr. Mike Smith who assured me he sold cars the old fashioned way. I live out of state so he offered to meet me halfway. I was amazed and agreed. Then he said it would cost me $600 and the delivery driver would give me the papers to sign and they would notarize them later. Red flag! I said to forget it I would drive there. He assured me the car was in great condition, was a local trade in and had no problems. I arranged to meet him, drove over 300 miles, then was told Mr. Smith was not there that day. Stephen filled in and we do not complain about him. We have a huge complaint about the condition of the car. I can now see why he wanted to meet me to pawn this car off on me in the dark. The inside of the wheel was bent and had to be replaced, a part needed to align the wheel needs to be replaced, the hardtop convertible leaks and has to be taken to a body shop, $500 worth of parts are needed to fix the convertible top (which are not covered by warranty) and the sale was delayed because two recall items had to be fixed first, which were not fixed. They sold a car with active recalls that were not taken care of. I was also told he ordered a second key and an owner's manual, which is still not here two months later. When I emailed him to ask if he really ordered them he will not answer my emails. I did not know doing business the old fashioned way meant he would cheat and lie to me. My only recourse is to warn others not to trust them. More
Dealership misrepresented First Class Appearance packet to cover minor road dings and charged over $1,650 for an almost worthless coverage package. Cancelled the coverage within 7 months and then took ove to cover minor road dings and charged over $1,650 for an almost worthless coverage package. Cancelled the coverage within 7 months and then took over 2 months to get a refund for Finance Director. Charged over $850 for Pre-paid maintenance and then would not reimburse that payment when I sold the car even though it was sold after initial oil change. T.A. Davis could not show where it states No Refunds in paperwork when confronted and blamed it on Mercedes Benz USA as their policy. A call to MB USA disclosed it was a dealership call to refund, not MB USA. This is an extremely poor dealership. I have bought an SLK and an E350 from them and will never buy another Mercedes based on this dealerships poor customer service. More
