Purchased a vehicle 2 months ago, it came with a 6-month 6,000-mile warranty, had eng Smiley automotive does not stand behind the vehicles they sell! Purchased a vehicle 2 months ago, it came with a 6-month 6,000-mile warranty, had engine failure after 2,000 miles. Vehicle was dropped off at the closest General Motors dealer for repair. Smiley approved the repair work over the phone. Then refused to pay any of the cost after the work was underway even though the broken items were to be covered under the policies of the warranty! They offered NO assistance whatsoever after multiple calls with their service department and the General Manager. Thankfully the Ken Ganley dealership in Sandusky & General Motors stand behind their product and offered assistance with the repairs and were very helpful through the entire process. More
