When I pulled into the lot a friendly salesperson greeted me within a few minutes. The deal I received was not the highest or lowest price, but it was certainly fair. My Trail Boss was throwing Codes and losing power - I took it to Mark Wahlberg Chevy in Columbus and they were not friendly, knowledgeable , and quite frankly (didn’t seem to care) So I took called Sme took it to Mark Wahlberg Chevy in Columbus and they were not friendly, knowledgeable , and quite frankly (didn’t seem to care) So I took called Smedley’s in Vandalia and they were positive from the 1st call- They got my truck right in the next day (easy drop the night before) They called that morning and Nolan explained the estimate - I accepted the repairs and the very next day I had my Truck I even stated I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until Friday (which my wife was able to ) and they parked it in a safe area behind the building Over All A+ Experience and I now have my Preferred Service Dept for my Truck Thanks to Everyone at Smedley’s More
