I am located in Ohio and the 600(+) mile multi-state distance did not impact the great service I received. Paperwork was overnighted to me, the dealership communicated and coordinated with the shipping company I used, and the entire process was seamless and professional. They received my signed paperwork on a Wednesday afternoon and my vehicle arrived at 7 am on Saturday morning. Everything was as promised and as a very seasoned car buyer/lessee, I had one of the best car buying experiences with Smart Luxury Motors. The General Manager, Nick Tarpein, clearly sets the bar high for his dealership as he was engaged and accessible during the whole transaction (even on his day off). I was very satisfied with my sales representative, Brian Nunn, as he made every effort to insure my complete satisfaction and even contacted me on his day off. With the amount of hours these guys work in the car business, it speaks volumes when they are reaching out to their customers on their days off to insure a smooth sale. More

Scammers! Lied on my credit app and everything else was lies after that. Lied about service history, current maintenance, and defects. Sold me a vehicle they knew had an extensive service history and tons lies after that. Lied about service history, current maintenance, and defects. Sold me a vehicle they knew had an extensive service history and tons of problems they tried to cover up and not disclose to me until the car broke down within 60 days of purchasing. Refused to honor the warranty and wanted me to pay $8000 for a timing chain at only 50k miles. 2 months after purchasing the car they sent me service history (only after threatening a lawsuit) which proved all the prior issues correlated with the timing chain failing. Had I known those issues I would not have bought the car. They eventually sent me a doctored service history which proved everything My mechanic suspected. Charged me a deductible for repairs and then offered to buy the car back for a much lower price instead of helping me out since I was out of a car I put 5k down on 60 days ago. They wanted to buy it back for 5k less lol. They lied about way too many things to list here as I could write for days but take it from me these people are liars stay away from them. See you in court! More
Really disappointed in this dealership. Literally sent you the easiest sale you could have possibly wanted. My step son came into look at a car. Our salesman Mike Jones was great at sorting out what we wanted and narrowed it down for us. We drove a Nissan Murano, an Audi Q5, and a Mercedes GLC 300. All really nice vehicles, we chose the Mercedes. But then we couldn't find a 2019 the color and options we wanted. The salesman then walked us thru the process of ordering one just the way we wanted it. 6 weeks later he calls to tell us the car has arrived. We were blown away by the vehicle waiting for us with a big red bow! More
