This was especially helpful since I had to fly in to pick up the car. His candor made me comfortable enough to make the decision to buy the car out of state. When I flew in, the dealer picked me up from the airport, which was nice. The whole process, from getting there to leaving, only took about an hour. That's way quicker than what I've dealt with before, which was usually 4-5 hours. Lynette, who handled the finances, was great too. She got through all the paperwork fast and was friendly to talk to. Overall, my experience with SML was excellent. I just wish they were closer to me so I could go there for my Audi needs. More
