New Car Customer Survey What a wonderful experience! I was in a situation of no vehicle due due to my current vehicle (Nissan Altima 2009) decided to no longer start. When go What a wonderful experience! I was in a situation of no vehicle due due to my current vehicle (Nissan Altima 2009) decided to no longer start. When going to Nissan and trying to get help with getting my car started I was treated poorly and and no customer service or loyalty to their customer was provided. I've had this vehicle for 4 years and made every payment on time and then when I go in 4 years later because my key fob will no longer communicate with the push button to start the car. When you make a dedication to payments on time and with no issues you expect for your car company to be loyal back and help you out. That was not the case. I went to Honda at talked with Marvin Wyatt and Lu. Marvin was absolutely amazing! He listened to my situation and knew how important it was for me to have a dependable vehicle for work and getting my son to and from there. I was treated like family and given the up most respect and understanding. Marvin Wyatt worked hard to meet our family needs and no gimmicks involved just straight honesty and committing to my family as a loyal customer to come. Lu was absolutely amazing also he listened and understood the needs wants and the best deal for our family. They were able to trade in my Nissan Altima 2009 for a Hyundai Sonata 2016 and I could not be more happy with my car and the customer service along with buying my new car. You guys are absolutely amazing!! Keep up the great work!! Loyal Customer for life!! More
