I assured his colleague (WHO CALLED ME THE FOLLOWING AM TO VERIFY) that I'm still coming later as planned. I took the long drive after a hard day of work and showed up on time WITH FULL PAYMENT just to learn that the vehicle sold hours earlier and that the salesman was home for the day. 2 individuals gave me "oh well, nothing we can do." It wasn't until a 3rd person that I got so much as an apology before leaving empty handed. No establishment that conducts business this way should be patronized by anyone with common decency. More

Had a great experience with Smart Ford South Boston. I live 100 miles away and asked if they would stay open late for me to come check out a vehicle I was interested in. They happily agreed to stay 2 hours later than operating hours and LeRoy and Tom were a pleasure to make a deal with. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
