Terrible customer service from their service department. The technicians may be great but the advisor and manager I dealt with were atrocious. I booked an appointment on THEIR website for 11:30 am, showed up at 11:20 am and was promptly told to come back at 1:00 pm because inspections take 45 minutes and the techs are going to lunch at noon. When asked why the website allowed me to book it, the advisor told me they should have caught it and called me but the software also needed to be changed to prevent it. She also told me they had been asking for that change but the manager hadn’t done it yet. I could go on as the appointment went downhill from there but you get the point. I’d only bring my vehicle back to them if I wanted a migraine! More
Deplorable treatment! I assured his colleague (WHO CALLED ME THE FOLLOWING AM TO VERIFY) that I'm still coming later as planned. I took the long drive after a hard day of work and showed up on time WITH FULL PAYMENT just to learn that the vehicle sold hours earlier and that the salesman was home for the day. 2 individuals gave me "oh well, nothing we can do." It wasn't until a 3rd person that I got so much as an apology before leaving empty handed. No establishment that conducts business this way should be patronized by anyone with common decency. More

This is the 6 car we have bought there and will be the last. The people that used to run it were great but the new ones could care less. More
Had a great experience with Smart Ford South Boston. I live 100 miles away and asked if they would stay open late for me to come check out a vehicle I was interested in. They happily agreed to stay 2 hours later than operating hours and LeRoy and Tom were a pleasure to make a deal with. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
