I wouldnt even give this place a one star! My 18 yr old I wouldnt even give this place a one star! My 18 yr old son found a truck on their website and inquired about it. He went ahead and applied for financing through them and got approved. So he scheduled an appointment to go look at the truck which he was told would be detailed and fueled up for him to test drive. He makes the 3 hour drive for his 2pm appointment today to be told that the truck is not ready and that he cant even test drive it. So i make several phone calls and speak with multiple employees today and finally speak with a sales manager named Joel who says he will find out when the truck will be ready and that can ship to him. That was fine until i just recieved a phone from Joel stating that it will be next week before it can be ready but that they just sold it to an online buyer! Furious does not even begin to explain how I am feeling right now. Definitely would not recommend anyone dealing with these people. Now my son has had a hard pull on his newly established credit and no truck!!!!! Not the way you run a business!!!!!!!!!!! More

Drove 6 hours to get to Smart Chevrolet. Bought a 2019 Chevy truck. Justin Stanley was the salesman. Justin told us the engine was in "perfect condition". 20 minutes after we headed home with the truck the CHECIK ENGINE light went on. Called Justin, he said it was too late to do anything. Luckily we found a Chevrolet dealer who diagnosed a couple of problems with the engine along with a year old recall that was never fixed, and it should not be driven until fixed. Justin was absolutely no help calling us "felons" for calling him to complain. He has certainly lived up to the used car dealer reputation. 10 days later we have the truck back all fixed. I asked where he got the approvals from, what were the credit limits and the APRs I’d said approvals. I checked my credit reports and only had one inquiry. Then this dummy put my info in with 3 other finance companies. These are hard inquiries and they ding your credit. He then followed up with what I want to to do and if nothing he would mark them dead. Unethical sales practices. More

Then I go to the dealership to fix the issue, the salesman gets me in the office of the supposed sales manager and they both lie to me. I mention I would post a negative review and the alleged sales manager threatens to post my financial information if I did so. So, if they still work there, avoid Scottie Arant and Mike Hardy. Avoid the dealership as well, but if you have to go there avoid at least these two. More
