I started the purchase on a car from this dealership 04/21/21 filled out application did the paper work sent it back.i asked the first female salesman which i actually forgot to get her name..but i aske 04/21/21 filled out application did the paper work sent it back.i asked the first female salesman which i actually forgot to get her name..but i asked about the delivery process and ask hiw long will it take to receive my car after paperwork...she said it will take 3-4 days an you the car will be delivered i said ok and i actually put a partial down payment down at that time an told her i would put the remaining balance down on my pay day meanwhile the paperwork was sent back an a couple days go by no word from the dealership i also started working with another salesman named eli. So he checks the status of car an says its not ready..so i said hmm okay maybe they busy a couple more days go by an i text him again for a status update its still not ready...hmmm now thats strange so eli later text backs an say that since i didnt pay the full downpayment technically the car isnt sold an if somebody came offer cash they could sell it so he ask if i can put the rest of down payment an it wil speed up the process...so i put the rest of downpayment down which i told them i would on my payday which was actually the next day.but anyway so i think i let another day go an i asked for status update he said he would check an its still not ready..now at this point its just plain ridiculous...so then i asked him whats is wrong with the car because there wasnt any issues noted..so i didn't get a response as of the time of this post 5/3/21 i open the chat on the webpage an ask for a update. They said they were waiting on some parts. So again i asked what was wrong with the car? An why did they didn't fix the issue before selling it. The chat was ended so i opened another chat kayla Hutchinson joined it i asked for an update again she said she couldn't see the status of the delivery because she not on the sale...which is fine all i wanted and still want to know is when the car will be delivered??? Im upset because I was told i would have it with in 3-4 days an its almost been 2 weeks an im still waiting...thats crazy an i felt the need to file this complaint because im very unhappy that i cant get an answer...im being told i will get a call an i still havent received a call...now the as far as the paperwork and the communication before i put down payment it was smooth fast but after i did the down payment. An it got to delivery phrase thats where it went downhill...an my main goal was to have it before mothers day an im kinda worried ..anyway the stock #788050 2014 Mercedes e350 ...
