You see, we purchased a car weeks ago and we still don't have the registration figured out because I'm having a lot of trouble with customer service. You see, we purchased a car weeks ago and we still don't have the registration figured out because in the process the car had several very expensive issues and we were working on that to come to some sort of resolution but nobody calls you back. We were very quickly heading towards making this a legal issue but I'm trying not to take it there. Feel free to respond to this guys, or don't work with me and will turn the temperature up. I would give zero stars if I could. I drove out of my way to purchase a 2018 Tesla model 3 from (not so) Smart Chevrolet in Madison, NC. I was approved, agreed to purchase price, bought I drove out of my way to purchase a 2018 Tesla model 3 from (not so) Smart Chevrolet in Madison, NC. I was approved, agreed to purchase price, bought it, signed all paperwork. I was supposed to take delivery next day so two issues could be fixed with the vehicle (driver side window button and illegal tint had to be removed from front windows.) I got a call the morning of delivery saying the bank magically wants $2500 in cash to make the deal happen, after we had already agreed to a deal and signed papers. I refused because where I'm from when you sign paperwork and shake a man's hand, a deal is a deal. Apparently this is not the case for Dull Chevrolet. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS TRICKS. THEY WILL RENEG ON A DEAL AND NOT HONOR YOUR SIGNED CONTRACTUAL DEAL. More
