John had me waiting for over 3 hours before telling me he had sold the vehicle to someone These folks lied to my face and wasted a total of 2 days and over $100 of mine. I completed my military school and was hoping to come back to purchase the vehicle but due to a family emergency I wasn't able to return I was asked to place $100 hold to reserve the vehicle and that the $100 will be return if I came back and purchased the vehicle (which means the it’s refundable) Contact the dealership on 28JUN24, 09JUL24 and today 19JUL24 asking for a refund due to me not being able to comeback. Sale Representative Bella acted confused asking did I receive a receipt for the transaction of the $100. And now is stating that I can not be refunded due to missing out on a sale. Visit dealership site today 19JUL24 and vehicle is still on the lot. Would not recommend this dealership to any family, friends, or military member due to inconsistency, inconvenience and poor customer service. More

Smart Car's mechanic gave the car a once over inspection and they repaired a couple of things on the car prior to my son picking it up. My son is very pleased with the car.
