Refuses responsibility. My wife and I brought a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander from them. When we got home we notice the grill in the front was crash. He didn't return the call or answer are emails. So I went over there cause they sold the SUV without a jack either. When I got there one of they mechanic told me they can fix it but i got to get the OK from Jake. So I went to talk to Jake but he send some one name Joe. So Joe tells me that we both need to take responsibility. He way of responsibility was he get me a estimate and we pay for the repairs. When we still under they warranty. I Pray we won't so same problem with the 3 years warranty we got from them. Jake will be the sweetest person until you sign those paperwork after that he won't help you with nothing. More

1 STAR IS TOO GENEROUS. Financed a 2014 chevy cruz only 3 weeks ago and it has been NOTHING BUT A PROBLEM. The car lost power while my boyfriend and I were driving it and we Financed a 2014 chevy cruz only 3 weeks ago and it has been NOTHING BUT A PROBLEM. The car lost power while my boyfriend and I were driving it and we nearly crashed into someone’s home and killed ourselves and innocent people! When I called, the man who answered made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal and they would fix it for me when the service team came in on monday. A few days later, my car starts overheating! Again, the service team was not open on the weekends so I was had a diagnostic done elsewhere and was told I needed a new water pump for the car ASAP. Smart Buy gave me a HUGE attitude and dismissed the diagnostic saying they would “never sell a car with a bad water pump because they all go through extremely thorough inspections” and the mechanic SMUGLY tells me we are wrong and that it’s the thermostat that is faulty, not the water pump. which of course is not covered by the warranty. I payed $550 for the thermostat and NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER my car overheats again leaving myself, and me niece and nephew (2 and 3 years old) stranded on the side of the road IN 90 DEGREE HEAT AND HUMIDITY with no A/C!!! I call smart buy and ONCE AGAIN, the man who answered the phone sounds completely unbothered by this and tells me there’s nothing that can be done at the moment because the service team is off on the weekends. When I was finally able to talk to a mechanic and I told him about what happened with kids being in the vehicle he said “life happens.” Everyone in the dealership wouldn’t look me in the eye and seemed like they could care less that they sold me an unsafe vehicle. This is absolutely ridiculous that I have had this many issues and I haven’t even had the car for a month. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES for selling an unsafe vehicle that shuts off and overheats while driving and then having the NERVE to be dismissive when we come in to talk to you about it!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! PLEASE!!!!! I’m warning everyone I know to stay away!!!! More

I needed an suv for my wife. I went down to smart buy talked to the salesman jake he was the absolute best!! He was very honest and straight to the point!!! He got us financed and my wife was driving talked to the salesman jake he was the absolute best!! He was very honest and straight to the point!!! He got us financed and my wife was driving off three days later!! It would have been sooner but they had to fix the brakes on the car. The sales person I worked with was Jake. He was brilliant...not pushy knew what the numbers would be pretty much right away. The final figure was $100 pm less than the original quote.
