We went to the main office, where we found the owner Henry Sernak, selling a car to two ladies, he greeted us and asked if we can wait 5 minutes until he was finished with his customers. We watched tv for a little while and then Henry came to me, and asked how can I help you? I told Henry my car over heated, he replied well we are getting ready to close. Henry said, all my technicians left for the day, I would not be able to fix your car today, so Henry gave us a car to drive. he said come back tommorrow and we will have your car fixed. we came back the next and our car was fixed. we thanked Henry and asked him, how much was our bill. he said you do not owe me anything. Henry only asked, when you are ready to purchase a car please come see him. My daughter and never met a nicer guy. More

Great people, good cars and good prices. I bought a 2009 Forester in great shape at a good price. Henry and Pastor George are first rate people with solid spiritual [Christian] values ... bu I bought a 2009 Forester in great shape at a good price. Henry and Pastor George are first rate people with solid spiritual [Christian] values ... but aren't pushy about that or about selling you something. Very trustworthy folks, which is a rare thing to find in a used car dealer. The only negative for me [which is why I took off one star] was we only got ONE working key and a fob with the vehicle. Despite being told Lowes could make & program new chip keys, this proved not to be the case. After countless web searches and many phone calls, I found a guy that will cut/program [2] more keys for $149. [Dealer wants $321 for this and you have to make TWO separate visits]. Only having one working chip key is a disaster waiting to happen, so had to take the time researching, calling and the inconvenience of traveling to an auto locksmith 25 miles away. It would have been really nice to not have to have gone through that, had we gotten [2] working keys. Otherwise a good experience and would recommend folks trying them for a used vehicle. We may very well return for any other used car shopping we might do. More
