GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY A VEHICLE unless you want to be sold a lemon like I was. I put $2k down on a vehicle that was $10k...had it for 2 1/2 months and it already is needing close to $900 in repairs. After trying to get anywhere with these people they finally called right at closing time to basically tell me I was SOL and to file a complaint with the BBB because they can't predict the future and don't stand by their warranties apparently. Oh and I was hung up on. More

I was in the market for a new truck. Found one that fit what I was looking for online at small town auto in Hazleton, pa. I purchased the truck very quickly after they posted it and it had not been serviced yet so they told me to bring it back when it was ready for inspection and they would take care of it. Not long afterward, I noticed a couple of things I had missed when I looked it over. The main issue was the rear crossmember under the gas tank was more rusted than I had realized. I called small town and spoke to Henry and he immediately said “bring it on in and we will take care of everything. We take care of our customers”. I picked the truck back up today and not only did they completely replace that crossmember, they also sanded down and refinished the entire rest of the trucks frame/undercarriage! I did not even purchase a warranty! This place is run by an honorable father and son duo with integrity. I never had a specific “place” I went for vehicles and now that I know how I will be treated in combination with very fair prices, this is my new go to. When my wife and I are ready to replace her car, we are calling Ryan and Henry! More

DO NOT buy a vehicle from this car lot! We wish we would have heeded the warnings that all the other bad reviews offered before we did. We drove 7 hours round trip to pick up an Escalade, it was making lou have heeded the warnings that all the other bad reviews offered before we did. We drove 7 hours round trip to pick up an Escalade, it was making loud squealing noises when they pulled it around. We had already put a deposit on it, since we live so far away, so when they offered to have it fixed while we grabbed lunch, we agreed. Half way home 2 tires were nearly flat and warnings were going off so we stopped to put air in the tire. When we got back on the road, the loud squealing noise that they "fixed" came back. It was a Friday night, so we contacted them, and our local service dept. the following Monday. The vehicle has 2 cracked rims, and needs a serpentine belt, & a bearing. Just to fix those 2 issues is $2000, plus another $300 to replace a broken mirror, and wait, it gets worse... it needs 3 shocks totaling $2600 before it can pass inspection. If we really want to get nit-picky we will also mention the $4400 quote to fix the broken running boards, $150 to fix the cruise, and there's more but I'm tired of typing. The "warranty" that they said multiple times would "cover ANYTHING if it need be, after we got it home" covers precisely ZERO DOLLARS of the necessary repairs. SO I WILL SAY IT ONE MORE TIME---- learn from our mistake, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! More

Just bought my second truck from small town auto these people are unbelievable they care of everything the call you’re insurance company so you don’t have to. If you have any issues they try their best to people are unbelievable they care of everything the call you’re insurance company so you don’t have to. The employees told me how much they like their job. This is a family dealership can’t beat that. More

Very patient family who helped me look through their large selection to find the vehicle that really fit me. Overall I am 10/10 satisfied with everything during this experience. These people are kind, loving and very respectable.. That definitely goes a long way in my book. In the future I will return to small town auto for any of my vehicle needs and will recommend them to anyone i come across in need of a new car.
