The owner of this business is a unethical. I picked out a vehicle for my daughter at a set price with them. I got approved for the loan and even purchased the car insurance. I then get a call from them saying the price of the car had a typo and they wanted $1,000 more. That was a lie. The owner called me back and offered to take $700 more. Then called again and offered it at the original price he gave me. He just wanted to try to get more money for the vehicle. I would never give this business a dime. More

Bought 3 vehicles from small town and all were great! Drove the last one we bought back to Chicago 2 weeks after buying it and the alternator gone out on the way home about 2000 miles later. Stand up dealership. I have waited about 3 months before reviewing them. I bought a gorgeous 2013 Ford Explorer from them and was completely satisfied with the overall cu I have waited about 3 months before reviewing them. They were very helpful, and patient with me not being fully sure about the vehicle I really wanted. Well fast forward to about 1.5 months after the purchase. I had an issue with the vehicle, and me being a girl I don’t know much about vehicles. The car died on me after work one night so I waited until the next day I gave them a call and spoke with Ryan. I explained to him what happened and without hesitation he sent a tow truck to pickup my vehicle where it broke down that day. He got it back to his shop, found out the issue and had parts ordered and car finished within 2 days. No charge to me whatsoever even though I bought it as is and the issue happened over a month later. That is quality customer service in my book. I will highly recommend this small family owned dealership to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle and a place that treats you like your family. Good job Small Town Auto.
