Make sure you do your homework before getting a trade in value. The offer that Kyrylo came back with was far below what other dealers offered that I'm not sure if it was a mistake or what happened here, but value. (Kyrylo from Smail first offered a 14,000 trade in value on my car, then he told my son that he couldn't help him because of the low value of the car. That's odd, because the car is currently in process of being traded for 28,500 somewhere else-it's a pity, because we really wanted the car that was on the Smail lot) All offers from other dealers were in the 26,000 and up range. What happened here, Smail? More
