I reached out to Smail inquiring about a crossover vehicle that would work for my hockey family. I received immediate attention and was given several options in regards to vehicles. Jason knew that we were looking for a specific color and he went the extra mile to find the car in the right color for us. When we went to sign the papers on the car we found 4 INCH scratch on the bumper he went the extra mile to find the car in the right color for us. Jason was understsnding when we refused to buy the car and sent it out to get the paint fixed. On the day of our next appointment to buy the car, we got a call from Mr. Reid saying he found a mark on the car and would we please wait a couple of hours before coming, he wanted to get it fixed before we came. Instead of calling we went to the dealership after 2 hours and were disappointed to see a mark (large discolorization on the front bumper) was still there. We waited for Jason, he was servicing another customer, and he was apologetic saying he got busy with another customer and did not see the car when it was returned. On our third trip out, we found another mark on the hood, but Jason immediately took it to the shop and they worked on it. He brought the service manager out to talk to us, because we could still faintly see the mark after it was worked on, and we took the car with a note on the papers saying that a problem might be under the clear coat paint, and if a major problem is detected in the future, it is documented. We appreciated the time, and frustration, Mr. Reid expended on our account, and were grateful for his understand of our desire to have this major purchase be just right. More

I was well pleased with the courtesy and positive attitude displayed by both Ralph Kercheval and Fred Orendi.
