Warm Welcome I have yet to go to a dealer and feel as welcomed like we did at Smail Cadillac GMC. I touched base with Bill Campana though the internet to check t I have yet to go to a dealer and feel as welcomed like we did at Smail Cadillac GMC. I touched base with Bill Campana though the internet to check the availability of a vehicle since we did not live "next door". Bill helped us in every way possible with our purchase of a 2014 Acadia. Told us upfront I can sell you the vehicle but you can't drive away with it. He explained in detail about the recall and we were fine with that. He took the time to go over everything with the Acadia and went as far as having the vehicle washed so we could see it's true color minus the dirt. Tom did an excellent job explaining all the financials, warranties etc. always a fun part of the deal. When the time comes for me to look for another GMC I will go back to Smail, great goup of people! The only downfall was with General Motors providing the dealership with the parts they needed to take care of the recall. I understand you're under the gun right now, but you have to realize, we the customers are buttering your bread and need to be taken care of in a timely fashion. This deal was done in a day, the vehicle could not be taken by us for a week and a half which is totally unacceptable. Feel free to contact me. Thanks to Bill who kept me informed as to what was going on and doing his best to get the parts because the thoughts were there about cancelling the deal. More
