My experience with Smail Acura thus far has exceeded my expectations for a car dealership. I never felt pressure to buy the vehicle and the test drive was relaxed. I have been very pleased when dealing with the service department. They really seem to listen to the customer and do everything they can to make sure the customer is happy. I also appreciate the follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied with my service appointment. This is very important to me because it is in my opinion that the service department determines whether or not I will purchase another vehicle from Smail Acura, as well as decide to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership instead of a national chain. Purchased a Hyundia , Azera from Wesley Denning . It was a very pleasant experience. On 12/12/09 my son purchased a Mazda RX-8 from Smail Honda.
