As we completed paperwork we were offered several after market products such as Auto Butler,wheel protection,etc.As we declined each offer, pressure. Fantastic car buying experience...probably the best in my 33 years of car buying days. Absolutely no pressure. This was a completely professional, relaxed and fun experience. My wife bought her Honda Pilot about five years ago at their Honda dealership...and that was also a great experience. This time it was my turn to buy a car...and it was a Toyota Camry that the Acura dealership had on their lot. I was originally interested in the Acura TL...but wasn't totally satisfied after the test drive. My sales rep (Wesley) was very thorough in showing me many other cars that would fit the description of what I was looking for. After we settled on the Camry, I was just amazed at the quick and painless process of getting the car from their hands to mine. If I was asked to rate this experience on a 1 to 100 scale, I'd give Smail Acura a solid 100. More
