I recently bought a 2010 Acura RDX. Joe Suto, my salesman, was very professional and he did not pressure me at all. That is very important to me. I can't stand pushy salesman and Joe was NOT pushy salesman, was very professional and he did not pressure me at all. That is very important to me. Calling them himself and staying on the line, which is awful.. He explained all the features in my car with ease. The Service department is always superb. They are very efficient and that is why I don't mind going back to them. I love Acura's in general because of their dependabilty and quality of the vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with the Wesley Drenning as a sales person. When I went to the dealership I was greated with a handshake and a good personality. When I came in to pick up my new vehicle, I was given an extensive review of my car....from the navagation system, voice recognition system, how to use the various functions of my car....he even set up my XM radio, bluetooth, garage door opener, etc. I never realized my car had soooo many wonderful features. Joe was great to work with. Adapted to my needs.
