Smail Auto Group was once a top notch dealership. Perhaps they have new mgmt. Their tactics are sneaky- Not explaining to me Sirius has been discontinued on the 2025 model until after closing of sale Perhaps they have new mgmt. Smail undervalued my 2016 MDX Trade-in by more than $3000 less than CarFax, Kelley BB and Edmunds I entered my VIN number at all 3 sites. John, the Sales person stated My MDX had been in an accident as reported by CarFax. Yet .vincheck.com states NO Accidents. I have purchased my last vehicle from Smail Auto Group due to sneaky tactics and perhaps dishonesty. More
