Unprofessional Management We bought our first Acura at Smail and it will be our last vehicle that we purchase from ANY of the Smail dealerships. We discovered scratches in ou We bought our first Acura at Smail and it will be our last vehicle that we purchase from ANY of the Smail dealerships. We discovered scratches in our new vehicle and pimple in the paint. I asked what they could do about the price of the car with these defects and Mike Jurick snickered at the question. He was so unprofessional. Then he comes back over to try to smooth things over but add insult to the situation by saying that if we weren't under fluorescent lights that we would have never noticed the scratches. They did offer to have their auto body take a look at the car but they werent in on the weekends and we would have to come back a day they were there. Our saleman was off the day we picked up the car and didn't even have the consideration to call us the next day to follow up on the situation. We even mention to the sales person that was covering for ours that we were considering walking out on the deal. This is not our first bad experience at Smail but I promise it will be the last. More

I get it inspected there every year and for many years, they have not had to work on my vehicle and were honest with me. The employees there are very friendly and helpful. More
Smail Service and Sales have declined significantly Purchased my Acura 8 years ago. Great service and sales experience initially. However, in recent years. I haven't gotten very good service. Chased an intermittent electrical issue for over two years with no solution. Had to solve myself. Smail Acura seems to have dificulty diagnosing issues with their own cars. I have found my self having to make multiple trips to the dealer for the same issues and they do not seem to care that it takes me 50+ minues one way to get to the dealership. I also have had several instances where repair work has been shoddy. Not what you would expect from a luxury car dealer. You have to keep your eye on them. Sales also will lowball you on trades. This was not the case when I originally purchased the car. So much for the luxury car experience. More

Damien worked with us every step of the way and offered insight that you wouldn't normally get elsewhere, as most salesmen are literally just trying to make a sale. He knew that with two kids and one on the way, we needed something within our budget and that was going to be reliable. He kept the line of communication open and let us know what paperwork was needed ahead of time for financing before we came into the dealership which made the process that much easier. I highly recommend Damien and Smail auto group! We won't be going anywhere else! More

I am not an easy customer and for me to pass out accolades i The purpose of this note is to commend the staff at Smail Acura, Greensburg Pennsylvania. I am not an easy customer and for me to pass out accolades is not the norm. However, I do feel compelled to give credit when I experience exceptional and competent service. Our salesman was Clint Robbins. From start to finish, Clint exhibited a competency, relative to the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, to an extent that I have never seen before, and I have purchased more cars than I can remember. Clint took the time to explain every feature of the car and set up the electronics for my wife and me. He was not satisfied until we understood the systems and could demonstrate our competency. Clint even offered to come to our home and set up the home link if we experienced difficulty (we live 45 minutes away from the dealership). Clint's boss, Mike, closed the deal in a professional manner and presented a fair and equitable price that we could accept. There was no pressure--only cooperation and respect. Even the finance officer, Mike, was respectful and couldn't do enough to make that part of the purchase enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing an Acura. Joe More

Didn't rule out the car just said we wanted to look a little more. Went to Smail just to look around not really thinking we would go any further than maybe test drive a vehicle. Hours later we pulled into our driveway in a new car. Clint knew everything there was to know about Acura and wasn't concerned how much of his time it was taking. From Clint to store manager to used car manager to finance personnel, we felt they were trying to make this experience a good one. They achieved their goal!! If you are looking for a car I would suggest you stop in at Smail. More

I traded a car in on this new car, the first time I traded a car in, I was given a very good price for my trade in. The purchase experience was very professional and honest, not at all stressful or uncomfortable. I did visit an Audi dealer in Pittsburgh, the experience was nothing like the experience which I had at Smail Acura. The Audi4 did not drive as nice as the Acura TLX. The Acura test drive was wonderful. Thank you for the best experience I have had with a dealership and the purchase of a new car. And, having had a previous Acura, I know that the service I will get will be exceptional. Gabe, in the service department, truly deserves a big raise for how he goes out of his way to service my vehicle. Thank you for the wonderful car purchasing experience. More
Excellent service I brought my TSX in for inspection last Saturday. Gabe took care of this. There was a recall on the air bag and that was resolved.
