The service center is a joke. Nichole Gallagher is not included in this. She was & is very professional but if your check engine light comes on they have a special mechanic that will debate you & flat ou included in this. She was & is very professional but if your check engine light comes on they have a special mechanic that will debate you & flat out lie to your face that it was never illuminated. The first time I took it in was for a code PO1077 which ended costing $503.96. After a few weeks the same code came back with the check engine light again & their special mechanic said that he did not erase the code correctly. After leaving the service center the check engine light came on & when I took it back, he said it wasn't illuminated when indeed it was. He debated on that for a few & ended up with another price of $1,194.98 with labor for IMT valve assembly. I found the original part myself for under $200.00. They will cheat you on your hard earned money. Never again will I trust Sloane Honda for any of my car repairs. It's time to give our business to small local mechanics that clearly know how to treat people with respect. More

If you have an entire day to waste on an oil change, this is your place to go!! I have been dealing with Sloane since 2008. I only take my car here for service. Today will be my last time! I made an appointment for 9:15 am, dropped my car off at 7 am. I and was going to use the shuttle at my lunch time to pick up. When I called at 11 to see if it would be ready by 12 as promised, all I got was an unhelpful representative. The car was not even taken back and and she “didn’t know what time and what to tell me!” with an attitude. I showed up at 1 pm and my car was just being taking back and I believe it was because I wanted my car back to take somewhere! The response I got was we had a lot of walk-ins. I made an appointment and an oil change is an express service, it should not take 4 hours to be taken back for service! The customer service is awful! Never again. I’ll use jiffy lube and be done in 1/2 hour. More

Nicole was professional, kind and patient with our questions and helped us to arrange for a rental car twice. Nicole was kind enough to look at our radio/rearview camera panel late afternoon on Thursday 7/9, so that Nicole could describe the problem more accurately to Gary, the technician. Gary, the technician, provided excellent service to troubleshoot the problem and communicate with the Honda Tech Line.
