Lifesaver I accidentally locked both sets of keys in my van as well as my purse. I immediately called David Hughbanks at 5:00 in a panic. Dave, calm as usual, I accidentally locked both sets of keys in my van as well as my purse. I immediately called David Hughbanks at 5:00 in a panic. Dave, calm as usual, told me he would have a dummy key made and have it waiting for me. A friend came and got me and took me to the dealership to pick up the key. The dummy key did the trick and I retrieved my car keys and purse - all before 6:00! Thank you so much, Dave! More

I purchased my used vehicle from Adrian in used car sales, about a year ago. I drive for a living so my van endures a lot of wear and tear. Because David knows this, he is diligent about working with the technician to make sure that if anything needs attention, I am notified. The service team has caught many a potential issue before it could become a safety issue for me. I know whenever I bring in my vehicle, I am in good hands. More

Service Review I have been a Honda Pilot owner for 6 years. It has been a great experience working with Mark in the service Department. They have other great peopl I have been a Honda Pilot owner for 6 years. It has been a great experience working with Mark in the service Department. They have other great people there, Mark was my first experience there and he has taken care of me every since. He gave me his personal line to call and I do anytime I have a problem. My concerns on the care overall have been small things that I have needed to check...so no major overalls. But with a 2006 we have changed belts, fixed a starter, changed the break pads and numerous oil changes. Mark understands ...Busy, and he is willing to take you back to work, or work with you to get a loaner. All the service men seem to look out of each others customers and don't leave you hanging. They do have a small lounge area where you can see cars drive up and out, but I tend to just like to go back to work or home and Mark's helper faithfully calls me and either comes get me or I have my loaner. I like Honda and plan to be a Honda girl for many years. More

When making recommendations for further service( other than normal maintenance) .Mathew Baxter always explains reasons for particular work and, if it is more than one thing ( as was the case with my previously owned 2002 253,000 mile CRV).. he helped set priorities which helped a great deal!! When I purchased my new CRV last year I had the confidence and peace of mind knowing that I had a partner in taking care of this car as well. Thanks Matt.. More
