He is always friendly, personable and very polite. If I have a concern, I feel he will give me an honest answer, won't recommend work I really don't need done, yet keeps me on track with maintenance that truly needs to be completed. My car appointment was set and I was in and out rather quickly. They also patched one of my tires which had a screw in it giving us peace of mind knowing this slow leak was fixed properly.
