Great customer service I had a regular service of oil change for my car last Friday. During the service, a coolant leak was found on my car. David and his technician showe I had a regular service of oil change for my car last Friday. During the service, a coolant leak was found on my car. David and his technician showed me the evidence and explained me about the potential issues that could be caused by the leak. I was convinced to fix the leak. David ordered the parts and fix the leak for my car in a very short period of time. I believe their careful inspection and high quality work not only resolve the current issues for me but also help to prevent potential issues in future. I really enjoy their personality and enthusiasm. More

I immediately received a call back to confirm my appointment. Dropped my car off and said I would be back after work to pick it up. I apologized because my car was so dirty and when I picked it up they had washed it and vacuumed it for me! The customer service was absolutely wonderful. Mark and the entire staff were great and they went above and beyond. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. More

I brought my own oil, again, no problems, and then they gave me a discount not only on the oil change but on my tire rotation. That was great, being the first time my new car was serviced, and I want it serviced perfectly to maintain my warranty. David Hughbanks was great, and we were in and out in about an hour. More
