I've been using their service for my cars starting back in 2004 and hav The Service department is the reason I keep coming back to Bartlesville Honda. I've been using their service for my cars starting back in 2004 and have never had any problems with repairs, wait time, all repair was explained to me and they even shown items that would need to be taken care of in the future. When ever you drive into the service area Mark, David, or Mathew will come out to meet you and are happy to see you and treat you as a old friend. While your car is being serviced, they will keep you updated of status and if they find anything else that needs attention, they will advise you and explain cost to correct before doing anything. When I told Mark Koble that I was thinking about a new car, it was Mark that took his time to talk about the different models and shown them to me, and when it was time to purchase the car, Mark set me up with the sales manager. The reason I talked to Mark instead of the sales department was the trust I have in Mark, David, and Mathew on giving me advise that would service my needs. I stopped in the serviced department on 11/04/15 with a little problem and Mark worked my car into the service area to be checked out before I left on a trip and was only there around thirty minutes from start to finish and when my car was giving back to me it was washed and ready to go. More

They send out coupons every month that are great until you use them. The coupons have a supply fee that is 15% of the labor up to $25. I would rather you be honest on your coupons and charge a little more, rather than surprise your customers with bogus percentage fees. I will no longer drive to Bartlesville for service! More

Excellent once again I went in for my regular oil change and was promptly met by David Hughbanks, even before I got the car shut off. Excellent personal service. My air filter was really bad so he came out and showed it to me and explained that it was to the point of really needing to be replaced. The service was quick and I was offered some fresh fruit and cold water while I waited. A quiet clean waiting area really helped me as I studied while I waited for my car. I do wish they would either vacuum my car, or not touch it. Three swipes down the floor mat just looks tacky and doesn't clean much. More

Of course, by the time afternoon rolled around, life had other plans for tomorrow, and I was not going to make it in. I called David and asked if he had an opening to service my car today instead. He said that it would be no problem at all, and to come right on in. I was greeted with a firm and hearty handshake, and the car was finished within about an hour. Everyone is friendly, and the car was again washed and vacuumed, immaculate. The little touches make all the difference in the world guys. Keep it up. More

Seldom is there a problem other than general maintenance - but the reason I buy from Honda of Bartlesville is because of the service staff. Mathew, David and Mark are always helpful and you leave the experience feeling that they have helped you make the wisest decision necessary on any vehicle procedure. General maintenance is imperative for the car to have long life and these guys are the perfect doctors to help maintain auto health and see that great longevity that saves you money in the end. More

Explained what I needed and requested the shuttle service to downtown. Matt called later and explained the front rotors were in need of resurfacing and I agreed to the repair. When the service was complete, Matt called to let me know the car was ready and he sent the shuttle driver back downtown to pick me up. I really appreciate the complimentary shuttle service so I can be at work while my cars are serviced. I am looking forward to buying our next Honda at Honda of Bartlesville sometime this year. More
