Matt also is great about giving me a "heads-up" on future service so I can budget accordingly. I don't think Honda service centers, as a whole can be beat. I do appreciate, having the opportunity to deal with the same service person because you can build a rapport with that person. And for me, I think Matthew Baxter is The Best. Fast and Courtesy Service We took my car in for batter replacement and some other minor repairs to prepare for winter. I was told that it was not going to be ready until next We took my car in for batter replacement and some other minor repairs to prepare for winter. I was told that it was not going to be ready until next day, which was fine. They called each time to ask if I wanted my filters changed or my tires rotated, I said yes because I knew it had been awhile. They were able to finish all repairs the same day and when I picked up my vehicle, they explained everything to me. Thank you! More
Excellent Customer Service I took my car in because it was making a strange noise. They located the problem and discovered it was covered by our warranty. He provided excellent customer service. Also knowing we are on a budget, he did not try to push unnecessary repairs/maintanace on us. I would highly recommend going to Mark Koble for all of your Honda service needs. More
, that was like to numerous of times took the car out there I've had the car out there 4 times my uncle has had it I don't know how many times.. he has had trouble with it since he bought it and they still CA I've had the car out there 4 times my uncle has had it I don't know how many times.. he has had trouble with it since he bought it and they still CANT figure out what's wrong.. the manage said I put it on the machine and the machine says there's nothing wrong and that's how they left me I had to buy two different battery chargers now just so I can have to jump the car every time I get in it I keep breaking down obviously there's something wrong!!!! Saturday evening the salesman that I was on the phone with yell at me called me a liar told me to come out there right now and they try another battery...then 3 minutes later he said don't come out we don't have time for you and he hung up on me..!!! That's not the customer service I was always taught but to tell me I need to go have proof from three other places that the battery tested bad I shouldn't have to go get proof and the day he had it for 4 hours and said that the machine says there's nothing wrong normal mechanic would start looking at other things and narrow it down but instead I put a new battery in it so there you go charge you $85 every time you bring it out there Granite the last time I did not pay it yelled at and having to drive a car that my uncle is 83 years old and has cancer and we have to keep breaking down because they can't fix it being yelled at called a liar I've had more trouble since the day I left that shop now then I had before I took it in there it may have xxxx poor customer service the manager in the service department said I don't know what you want me to do the machine says there's nothing wrong with the car I'm not a mechanic I didn't know what to do but I thought maybe he could check the alternator or the starter and start narrowing it down but instead they sent me on my way now they want me to buy a new one if I was to have trouble with a new one what would I do they can't even fix this one but I went somewhere else and buy another new battery and so far so good but I will be asking them to reimburse me for the money I spent on their battery the money I had to spend on a new battery and the money that I've had to spend on by two machines to jump the car More

Service department They are very fast and efficient. They always wash and vacuum the car. Courteous employees while our Van was being serviced! Very helpful and knowledgeable.
