Mrs. Meador thank you for taking your time to give us your feedback on your most recent service visit good or bad. I spoke with my service manager and service adviser both about your experience. I also called and left you a message to please call me so that we could discuss it and clear things up. I think that you are a little confused as to a couple of things. As part of any service we perform, we check and inspect several basic items at no charge to you. The cabin filter presented to you was definitely out of your Odyssey. I understand you have a 2019 model however as you saw a mouse had gotten into the compartment. Each model of Honda vehicles have cabin filters. The one you maintain we showed to the other lady didn't have mouse poop in it nor was it the same type car. It was a 2018 Accord and a completely different size filter. Hers was filthy and nicotine stained unlike yours. I can assure you we don't try to sell anyone women or man services they don't need. I am sorry for any confusion that this may have caused but I can assure you that you are mistaken here. Thank you for your business and feel free to contact me anytime you question your service.
