Just purchased our new Honda Accord Sport, and our salesman Jonathan was so professional and kept us in the loop through our order process and once it came in called us to setup a delivery time. I wanted to purchase another vehicle and used this dealership again. This was the third new vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and it was as easy to do as always. I did look at a couple of other places and they weren't as transparent as Skyway was and one had tacked on additional markup on the base price. My salesperson, Jeremy Coles, was good at communicating with me via phone and email (the vehicle I wanted was still in-coming) about the vehicle I wanted, negotiated the price via email with a breakdown of the charges. I was informed when the vehicle arrived and when it would be available after the dealer prepped it for pickup. Worked with Dom in finance, very smooth process as he explained charges and worked through some options and helped me maximize the available rebates and lowest interest rates possible (glad the Passport I bought had some decent incentives and low interest rates). I appreciated Dom taking the time to lay everything out in a precise and orderly manner and not pushing any one product. Easy financing. Jeremy spent quite a bit of time with me after I finished with loan processing to run over the features in the vehicle and how they worked (Honda Sensing features) since I haven't had a vehicle with them before. More
