They do it right!! I've purchased two new Hondas from Honda of BV. The service as well as the sales reps have always gone above and beyond to help with any problems or I've purchased two new Hondas from Honda of BV. The service as well as the sales reps have always gone above and beyond to help with any problems or questions I might have. I've dealt mostly with Dave in the service dept. He is always friendly, personable and very polite. If I have a concern, I feel he will give me an honest answer, won't recommend work I really don't need done, yet keeps me on track with maintenance that truly needs to be completed. I've been taking my Hondas there for service for about 10 years and never had a major problem yet. They must be doing it right!! More

Matt Baxter was very professional and helpful explaining all the details needing to be done with my car allowing me to decide the best course of action. My car appointment was set and I was in and out rather quickly. They also patched one of my tires which had a screw in it giving us peace of mind knowing this slow leak was fixed properly. We recommend this dealership for purchases and on going service. We have had a wonderful experience working with Honda of Bartlesville. More

oil change I didn't have an appointment to get my oil changed and they worked me right in. They suggested that I get my air filter and oil filter changed. Lifesaver I accidentally locked both sets of keys in my van as well as my purse. I immediately called David Hughbanks at 5:00 in a panic. Dave, calm as usual, I accidentally locked both sets of keys in my van as well as my purse. I immediately called David Hughbanks at 5:00 in a panic. Dave, calm as usual, told me he would have a dummy key made and have it waiting for me. A friend came and got me and took me to the dealership to pick up the key. The dummy key did the trick and I retrieved my car keys and purse - all before 6:00! Thank you so much, Dave! More

We enjoyed working with Mark Koopsman, the salesperson that we tried to speak with each time. Mark was knowledgeable about the cars that were on the lot and always helpful and informative. We found a vehicle that we liked, but it was actually not even completely processed and on the lot for sale yet. It had been inspected, but not detailed and not fully uploaded onto their website yet. We wanted to discuss purchasing the car, but the sales manager, I think his name was David (?), was not very easy to talk to and he was not wanting to negotiate a price at all. We were paying for the vehicle outright and he went into a long explanation about needing my financing, warranty purchase and future service business for the dealership to make money because they did not make their money selling vehicles. If he had been easier to talk to, my car buying experience there would have been much better and I would have been more willing to look in to warranties and future servicing of my vehicle. As for the service done on the vehicle during the inspection, they changed the oil (?) but did not reset the service notification on the car so that we would know when it was due to be done again. As helpful as Mark was in the search for a vehicle, it all went downhill as an experience beyond that point. We wanted to stay local with our business, but don't see returning there in the future.
