I absolutely John Wayne's professionalism and approachability within Service Dept. Very friendly and very insightful when explaining the possible issues or non-issues with the car when getting se approachability within Service Dept. If I could do two reviews, I'd suggest a low star rating for Trevor in Service Dept. Everything I've visited for appointment, he has messed up my account bymixing up other clients' services and adding them to mine, forgot to order parts for upcoming appts and lacked professionalism in any remorse or resolve to fix said issues. He seemed under the influence every time I was in office. But John saves the day and wins my patronage any day. More

Always feel like I’m treated with respect and the work on my truck is done with excellence. I had a major problem with my battery dying. The crew at Skylark researched and discovered it was being caused by t my truck is done with excellence. I had a major problem with my battery dying. The crew at Skylark researched and discovered it was being caused by the modules waking up and talking to each other even when my Canyon was turned off. They spent 2 hours adjusting the modules and blocking them from communicating through the radio system. Appears to have solved the problem. More
