It is because of Service Advisor Jennifer Bernard's excellent customer service for the past 12 years that I even considered buying a car from Skyline It is because of Service Advisor Jennifer Bernard's excellent customer service for the past 12 years that I even considered buying a car from Skyline Keizer. I could have bought anywhere, but I wanted to make sure I kept Jennifer as my service advisor, even with the new purchase. she makes my life so much better, to have peace of mind about my vehicle. I volunteer as a mentor with women recovering from drug and alcohol abuse. I am in charge of a team of 12 mentors, and drive a lot. Jennifer introduced me to Dave Mengel who listened carefully to my specific requirements for a car. This was a very positive experience due to Dave's listening skills. He really earned my trust. I couldn't be more happy with the sales and service at Skyline's Keizer Ford. More

Best Sales Service Experiance I bought a 2018 F150 and it is the most amazing truck I have ever owned. Our salesman was Phil McColly and not only was he great to work with but he I bought a 2018 F150 and it is the most amazing truck I have ever owned. Our salesman was Phil McColly and not only was he great to work with but he is very informed about these trucks. I have been driving older vehicles for the last 6-8 years and with this new F150 there's a lot going on and Phil took the time to show me as much as I could take in and has even set up an appointment in the next few weeks to show me the rest of what this truck is capable of. My wife and I have bought cars before and felt like they just 'made a sale' and shoved us in the car and sent us on our way. In summary I knew what I wanted and they didn't try not even once to push me in another direction. Phil found what I was looking for and Walter the finance guy worked up the deal, not once was I pressured into buying extra stuff. Walter explained my extended warranty options and explained the maintenance options but that's it. I got exactly what I asked for and even more, the truck that Phil found me was even better than what I expected. More
