Great, no pressure salesman. Bought a 2015 Highlander today. Very impressed with the way Mike treated us, He was knowledgeable, helpful, answered all our questions, and was never Bought a 2015 Highlander today. He worked with us to accomodate our needs and provided an enjoyable experience. My wife has mobility issues and Mike worked around those, bringing the vehicles to us so she would not have to walk. When we were not sure of what we wanted and left to look at other dealerships, Mike gave us his card and said he was available if we had any questions. When we decided to buy the vehicle, part of the decision was based on that Mike would be receiving the commission because he had earned it without trying to force anything on us. He also helped us by pointing out options - we started looking at Explorer's and never considered a Highlander because we thought they were out of our price range, but we thought the quality of the Highlander was worth the extra we paid for it. All in all a good experience for us, mainly because of the way Mike handled things. Thanks Mike. More
